Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 350 ml lemon juice
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and water and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Let cool, add the lemon juice and place in a bowl in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then beat the 2 egg whites until they are half stiff and add. Put back in the freezer.
  2. Stir every 30 minutes for 2 hours. It may take longer for the mass to freeze.
