Ingredients
- 6 sausages (Nuremberg roast)
- 4 egg (s)
- 5 slices bacon
- 6 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 pickle (s)
- 6 slices salami
- 6 slices ham
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- some parsley, chopped
- some basil, chopped
- Oil, for frying

- Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and parsley and fry in a pan heated with oil. Fry the bacon in oil in a pan and fry the grilled sausages nicely.
- In the meantime, halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the pickled cucumber and mozzarella into slices.
- Arrange the mozzarella on a platter at the edge, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with basil. Arrange the salami, ham, tomatoes and cucumber nicely and leave enough space in the middle. Finally put the omelette in the middle and serve with the sausages and bacon.
