Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural yoghurt, quark or sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • some cucumber (s), (mustard)
  • 1 small onion (s), white
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Also cut the mustard cucumbers (any number) into small cubes and put everything in a bowl. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard to the onions and cucumber and stir everything well. Add the salt, pepper and paprika powder and mix well. Taste everything. Possibly add more of the individual ingredients and refrigerate. It is best to prepare a day in advance.
