Ingredients

6 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon pepper from the mill

Instructions

Put the ketchup, the mayonnaise (be sure to use the good & cheap, others have too much acetic acid or taste too dominant) and the pepper in a bowl and stir well.
Now very carefully fill a teaspoon with Liquid Smoke (smoke aroma). Caution: The liquid does not run out of the bottle cleanly! When filling the teaspoon, do not hold it over the bowl so that too much aroma does not get into the sauce.
Mix well again, done. Also tastes great with steak, meatballs, etc.
