Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg gnocchi
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 packet bacon for breakfast
  • 1 Cabanossi
  • 500 g mushrooms, small heads
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cubes herb (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • nutmeg
  • Chili powder
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 package cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Boil the gnocchi in boiling water until they rise, skim off and place in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the onions into fine cubes. Cut the mushrooms, ham, bacon and kabanossi into small pieces.
  3. Sauté the onions in a pan until translucent, add the ham, bacon, kabanossi and mushrooms and fry lightly. Squeeze the garlic, season with the diced herbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili powder. Add the cream and bring to the boil briefly. (If you want fewer calories, you can replace half of the cream with milk.) Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and spread the cheese over it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 20-30 minutes.
