Ingredients

  • 80 g honey
  • 50 g yourt, Greek, 10% fat
  • 300 ml milk
  • 75 ml apple juice
  • 6 tablespoon raisins
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 120 g oatmeal
  • 6 apples
  • 2 pear (s), peaches or similar, otherwise more apples
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 handful grapes, seedless, possibly
  • 1 handful cherry (s), possibly

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, up to and including the oatmeal, in a container and place in the refrigerator. They should stay there for at least several hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Grated the apples and pears (peaches or similar), add a squeeze of lemon. Do not add the resulting juice. It will take a little bit. With electrical help, it`s pretty quick. That is the basic recipe.
  3. As a delicacy, halve the grapes, cherries or similar and add.
  4. If you don`t want it so sweet, you can leave out the honey, it depends a little on the sweetness of the added fruit.
  5. The muesli can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days. Approx. 10 servings.
