Ingredients

  • 200 g biscuit (s) (leftovers from Christmas cookies)
  • 2 teaspoons milk or soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons coffee, cooked
  • 1 glass applesauce
  • 200 ml heavy cream or soy cream
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • N / A Almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Crumble the biscuits and mix with the milk and coffee. Spread in a baking dish as a base. Spread the applesauce on the biscuit base. Sprinkle with cinnamon and, if you like, pieces of almonds.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and spread over the applesauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon again.
  3. It is best to leave it in the fridge for one night, then it tastes even better.
  4. Tip: For a vegan version, simply replace milk and cream with the soy version and use vegan cookies.
