Well, what a New Year without Santa Claus! So I decided that Santa Claus will be at the New Year’s table in 2021! The recipe for the New Year’s dessert itself is incredibly simple, based on biscuit cookies, soft and very tender. And you can think of the decoration to your taste. I recommend involving children in the preparation of these original cookies in the form of Santa Claus – the process is very exciting and interesting!
Ingredients
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 90 g
Flour – 100 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Baking powder for dough – 0.5 teaspoon.
For decoration:
White chocolate – 120 g
White coconut flakes – 25 g
Red coconut – 25 g
Red dragee candies – 30 pcs.
Marmalade (or Turkish delight, or red jelly)
Marshmallows (mini) – 15 pcs.
Chocolate drops – 30 pcs.
Directions
Before making Santa Claus biscuit cookies, we prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Add vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Gradually add flour. We continue to whisk, kneading the dough.
Put the dough into a pastry bag. You can use a simple cropped bag.
We spread the cookies with a pastry bag on a sheet covered with parchment, at some distance from each other.
We bake biscuit cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Let the liver cool. Then grease with melted white chocolate. We decorate biscuit cookies for the New Year’s table 2019. To decorate cookies in the form of Santa Claus, you can use my list of ingredients: coconut, colored candy-dragees, marmalade, chocolate drops, or you can come up with your own decoration option.
Holiday greetings! Goodness and peace to all of you!
