Biscuits with Chocolate and Cocktail Cherries

Preparing shortbread baskets with chocolate and cocktail cherries. Delicious and elegant dessert for hot drinks.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Butter – 100 g + for lubrication
  • Cream cheese – 85 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Small chocolate “drops” (chocolate for baking) – 1 glass
  • Cocktail cherries – 24 pcs.

Directions

  1. Leave the oil at room temperature until softened. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease 24 small muffin tins.
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese with a mixer. Reduce speed, continue whisking, adding flour and salt.
  3. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 24 balls approximately 3 cm in size.
  4. Place each ball in a muffin dish. Spread the dough over the bottom and sides of the mold.
  5. Fill each mold with 2 teaspoons of fine chocolate “drops” (or use pieces of chocolate). Place the cocktail cherry on top.
  6. Bake for 13-16 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Chill baskets for 10 minutes in tins, then remove and chill on a wire rack.
  8. The baskets with chocolate and cocktail cherries are ready. Bon Appetit!
