Biscuits with Chocolate and Cocktail Cherries

Preparing shortbread baskets with chocolate and cocktail cherries. Delicious and elegant dessert for hot drinks.

- Leave the oil at room temperature until softened. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease 24 small muffin tins.
- In a bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese with a mixer. Reduce speed, continue whisking, adding flour and salt.
- Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 24 balls approximately 3 cm in size.
- Place each ball in a muffin dish. Spread the dough over the bottom and sides of the mold.
- Fill each mold with 2 teaspoons of fine chocolate “drops” (or use pieces of chocolate). Place the cocktail cherry on top.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes, until golden brown.
- Chill baskets for 10 minutes in tins, then remove and chill on a wire rack.
- The baskets with chocolate and cocktail cherries are ready. Bon Appetit!
