Ingredients

  • 50 g cherry (s), candied, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into very firm snow.
  2. Mix the soft butter with sugar and yolk until creamy, mix in the remaining ingredients and finally stir in the egg whites gently.
  3. Spread the dough in a well-greased loaf pan sprinkled with biscuit crumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 40 minutes (test with a stick).
