Instructions

  1. Collect the meadow flowers and herbs on a sunny day, put them fresh (if possible unwashed - unless they are full of earth or something similar) into a jar and pour the alcohol on top.
  2. Let stand for at least 6 weeks, then strain.
  3. Reduce the water and rock candy until the sugar has melted, add the alcohol and season to taste. If necessary, add sugar or water until the desired taste is achieved. Add the honey to the slightly lukewarm liqueur and stir until it has dissolved.

  5. Drink a quick drink after a heavy meal or if you feel sick!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
