Ingredients

  • 400 g cherry (s), pitted
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 ml cream, 250 for the quark mixture, 250 extra
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, 1 for quark mixture, 1 for cream
  • 2 packs chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Strain the cherries. Mix the quark, lemon juice, salt and sugar together. Mix the cream and vanilla sugar and whip until stiff. Fold half of the cream into the quark mixture. Then pour into a bowl in layers. Order from the bottom: cherries, cream, chocolate, cream, cherries, whipped cream. Finally, chocolate to decorate.
