Ingredients

  • 300 g spone cake (chocolate biscuit or chocolate cake, leftovers)
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 70 g chocolate, white
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 30 g honey
  • 180 g cream
  • 300 g cherry (s) from the lass
  • 100 ml cherry juice from the glass
  • 60 g suar
  • 2 cl rum

Instructions

  1. Cut the cake into approx. 2 cm cubes. Melt the white chocolate in 30 g of heated cream and stir into the mascarpone. Add vanilla sugar, sour cream and honey and stir well. Beat the rest of the cream until stiff and fold in. Reduce the cherry juice with the sugar until thick, add the rum and the cherries. Let cool down.
  2. Layer cake cubes, cherries and cream alternately in beautiful glasses.
  3. This recipe is great for leftover chocolate cake that you want to use. Of course, you can also bake a chocolate sponge cake for this purpose.
