Ingredients

  • 250 g morello cherries
  • 2 tablespoon kirsch
  • 3 tablespoon chocolate flakes
  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the morello cherries well. Then marinate with kirsch and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile mix the quark, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it loosely into the quark mixture.
  3. Alternately pour the cherries and the quark mixture into dessert glasses. Start with cherries and end with quark. Garnish with cherries and chocolate flakes.
