- 100 g black puddin
- 3 slices white bread
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup cream
- salt and pepper
- some mace
- 1 egg white
- some oil (white truffle oil)
- 2 onions)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 star anise
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 5 juniper berries
- some balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 0.5 ½ lime (s), juice from it
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 1 handful blackberries

- Finely dice the black pudding and white bread, mix the egg and cream well and mix with the bread and black pudding, season with mace, salt and pepper.
