Black Scrambled Eggs

Surprise your family with a simple and very unusual breakfast by making “black” scrambled eggs without any dyes! The original dark color, very interesting taste and juiciness to the dish are given by olives whipped with egg whites. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Olives (pitted) – 120 g
  • Butter – 7 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients according to the list. Drain the canned pitted olives.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Place the egg whites and pitted olives in a blender bowl.
  4. Whisk the mixture for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  5. Preheat a skillet over low heat and brush with butter. Pour the protein mixture into the skillet, flatten, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Wait about 1 minute until the protein mass has slightly grabbed, and then carefully place the egg yolks on it, being careful not to damage their integrity.
  7. Fry the eggs for about 3-5 minutes, until the proteins are completely cooked and the egg yolks are cooked to the desired degree.
  8. The fancy black scrambled eggs are ready.
