Blackberry and Blueberry Berry Smoothie

A very healthy, quick, and tasty summer drink – berry smoothie with blackberries and blueberries. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare the smoothie.

Ingredients

  • Blackberries – 120 g
  • Blueberries – 140 g
  • Milk 1.5% – 150 ml
  • Confectionery cream 26% – 50 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 50 g

Directions

  1. Place blackberries and blueberries in a blender bowl. Pour in the icing sugar and beat with a blender. Pour in milk and beat again.
  2. Add the pastry cream and smooth. The berry smoothie is ready! Garnish with blueberries and blackberries before serving.
