Ingredients

  • 100 g blueberries
  • 60 g blackberries
  • 100 ml natural yogurt, low in fat
  • 100 ml milk, low in fat
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or maple syrup
  • 0.5 ½ lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 sprigs mint, as a decoration

Instructions

  1. Puree the fruit, yoghurt and milk together with the hand blender. If frozen berries are used, let them thaw a little. Season to taste with honey or maple syrup and lime juice or lemon juice. Decorate with mint or a fruit skewer made from a slice of banana, blackberry and blueberry.
