Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with 30 g powdered sugar and egg yolk. Halve the blackberries and fold in.
  2. Mix the egg, sugar and oil until creamy. Pour in milk. Mix the flour and baking powder, stir in.
  3. Line a muffin tin (12 hollows) with paper cases or insert 3 tins into each other and place on a baking sheet. Pour in the batter. Spread the blackberry cream cheese mixture on top. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175 ° (fan oven 150 °) for 25 - 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Mix 20 g of powdered sugar and 4 - 5 tablespoons of water until smooth. Brush the muffins with the icing and allow to dry.
