Ingredients

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 500 ml juice (elderflower juice), possibly from syrup
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Put the blackberries in a saucepan with the elderflower juice. Puree with the magic wand. Then mix thoroughly with the preserving sugar and bring the whole thing to the boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Let it simmer for 4 minutes, don`t forget to stir.
  3. After the successful gelling test, immediately pour the hot jam into the prepared jars and close them tightly.
