Ingredients

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 300 g preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the blackberries and preserving sugar and let it steep for an hour. Add the cinnamon and lemon and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the Prosecco in sips while cooking or stir in after cooking. Skim off the foam and immediately pour it into glasses. Close the lid and turn the jars upside down for a few minutes.
  3. The amount gave me 3 smaller jam jars.
