  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 350 g blackberries

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and vanilla extract. Then stir in the yogurt and sugar. Finally, carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream.
  2. Layer the blackberries and the cream alternately in glasses and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  3. Serve the cream decorated with a few blackberries.
