Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen blackberries – 120 g
  • Milk – 125 g
  • Sour cream – 125 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter (melted) – 60 g
  • Flour – 300 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line 12 muffin molds with paper rosettes.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine sour cream, milk, eggs, butter and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to this mixture, and then berries, mix well.
  4. Put the dough into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full. Place in a preheated oven, bake muffins for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
