Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • liter ⅛ oil
  • liters ⅛ water
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 egg whites

For the filling:

  • 500 g quark, 20% fat
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 5 sheets gelatin
  • 160 g powdered suar
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ whipped cream

For covering:

  • 400 g blackberries or raspberries
  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 40 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar until foamy, slowly add oil and water and beat. Beat the four egg whites into firm snow. Now stir the flour mixed with baking powder into the mixture. Finally, undergo the stiffly beaten snow. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  2. For the filling, mix the quark, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon juice, soak the gelatine, dissolve it and add to the mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. Put the quark cream on the biscuit and let it set.
  3. For the topping, puree the blackberries, soak and dissolve the gelatine, add powdered sugar to the pureed blackberries. Fold in the gelatine. Pour on the filling and let it set.
  4. Tip: also tastes very good with raspberries!
