  • 2 cans beans, large thick white beans
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g tomato (s), chunky
  • 3 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans, peel the onions and cut into rings.
  2. Sauté the onion rings in the hot olive oil. Add tomatoes, bay leaves and oregano and bring to the boil. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper and serve with fresh baguette.
