Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 g flour (buckwheat flour)
  • 150 g spelled flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Mix the two types of flour and honey with the yeast milk. Let rise for about 1 hour (or overnight). Then add the egg and salt, stir well together. If you want the blinis fluffier, you can beat the egg whites separately and fold them in. Bake small pancakes in a pan. I especially like it with plum jam for breakfast.
