Ingredients

  • 200 g suar, fine
  • 340 g condensed milk, 10%
  • 6 medium egg (s), as fresh as possible
  • 100 ml alcohol (pharmacy)

Instructions

  1. Put the sugar, condensed milk and eggs in a mixing bowl, stir with the hand mixer on the highest setting for 1 minute. Pour in the alcohol, mix again for 30 seconds on the highest level, done!
  2. Transfer to a bottle and leave to rest in the refrigerator for a few days.
  3. The taste can be modified as desired with vanilla sugar, instant coffee or cocoa.
  4. Is well suited as an ingredient for baking, for dessert sauces and of course pure!
