  • 3 blood orange (s)
  • 0.5 ½ fennel bulb (s)
  • 1 ginger, approx. 2 cm
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the blood oranges and use the pulp as well. Remove the stalk and the outer leaf from the fennel and cut into slices. Peel the ginger and use it pressed for the smoothie. Now put all the ingredients in a blender, puree until fine and creamy and pour into glasses.
