Ingredients

  • 400 ml orange juice (blood), freshly squeezed
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 sheet gelatin, red
  • 20 ml grenadine
  • 2 cl orange liqueur

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in the orange juice, add the sugar and heat the juice. Stir in the grenadine and liqueur. Let cool down and freeze in the ice cream maker.
  2. Alternatively, place in a bowl, place in the freezer and stir about every 20 minutes until the mixture is frozen.
