Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ orange juice (blood oranges)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ sparkling wine, drier
  • 1 packet preserving sugar (2: )

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange juice and sparkling wine with the preserving sugar in a larger saucepan and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Then put in hot rinsed jars and close immediately. Gives a great taste thanks to the sparkling wine.
  2. Note: Use either freshly squeezed blood orange juice or blood orange juice without additives from the tetra pack.
