Ingredients

  • 2 cl liqueur, (Choya Umeshu, Japanese plum liqueur)
  • 2 cl Blue Curaçao
  • 2 cl peach liqueur
  • 4 cl grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoon ice cream, crushed
  • some mint

Instructions

  1. Pour the Japanese plum liqueur with the blue curacao, the peach liqueur and the grapefruit juice into the shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Now pour the cocktail into a champagne glass with crushed ice and decorate with mint leaves.
