Ingredients
- 2 cl liqueur, (Choya Umeshu, Japanese plum liqueur)
- 2 cl Blue Curaçao
- 2 cl peach liqueur
- 4 cl grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoon ice cream, crushed
- some mint

- Pour the Japanese plum liqueur with the blue curacao, the peach liqueur and the grapefruit juice into the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Now pour the cocktail into a champagne glass with crushed ice and decorate with mint leaves.
