Ingredients

  • 100 g cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 125 g amarettini
  • 300 g blueberries

Instructions

  1. First whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and household sugar until stiff and stir the quark in a separate bowl until smooth. Then add the cream to the quark and fold in.
  2. Put the amarettini in a bag, close it tightly and use a rolling pin to break the amarettini into large pieces.
  3. If necessary, let the blueberries thaw and puree. Layer some of the amarettini in a glass and cover with the quark cream, then put some of the pureed blueberries on top. Repeat the process until the glass is full. I.
  4. Small mason jars are used in the video, as you can then take the dessert with you to a picnic, for example.
