Ingredients

  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 6 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 100 g chocolate, dark, rouhly chopped
  • 40 grams flour
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, 100 g sugar and a pinch of salt with the mixer for 5 minutes until frothy. Then add 2 eggs and keep stirring. Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl and mix into the butter mixture.
  2. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture for decoration and fold the nuts into the rest of the mixture.
  3. In a second bowl, stir the quark, the rest of the egg, the rest of the sugar and the cornstarch with the mixer until frothy. Then carefully fold in the blueberries. If frozen blueberries are used, they do not have to thaw beforehand.
  4. Pour the nut mixture into a greased springform pan and smooth it out. Then distribute the chocolate pieces on top and pour the quark mixture over it. Then spread blobs of the set aside dark dough on top to create a marble pattern.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
