Ingredients
Almonds 1 Glass
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Dates 8 Pieces
Lemon juice 5 tbsp
Cashews 1.5 Cups
Honey 8 tbsp
Curd 300 Gram
Vanilla To taste
Blueberries 1 Glass
1/2 Piece Orange
Directions
Put almonds, coconut flakes, dates into the blender bowl, pour in lemon juice (2 tablespoons).
I grind the contents of the bowl into the crumb, the mass is crumbly.
I have a silicone mold, put the nut mass in it, tamp it tightly with my hands.
Soak cashews in cold water for 3 hours, then drain the water and transfer them to the blender bowl. Add cottage cheese (200 grams) to the bowl, put honey (5 tablespoons), vanilla, and lemon juice (3 tablespoons). I turn the contents into a homogeneous mass. I put it on top of the walnut layer.
I mix blueberries with cottage cheese (100 grams) and the remaining honey (3 tablespoons), then grind in a blender. I spread the blueberry layer on top of the curd.
Cover the cake with cling film and put it in the freezer for 3 hours, then decorate with orange slices and serve.
