Blueberry Cobbler

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Butter – 110 Grams
  • Sugar – 1/2 Cup
  • Flour – 2 Glasses
  • Kefir – 1/3 Glass
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Blueberries – 3 Glasses
  • Powdered Sugar – 1/2 Cup

Directions

  1. Melt the butter and simmer for a few minutes until it turns a little brown. Then combine it with sugar, kefir, salt, soda and sifted flour. Stir until crumbled.
  2. Wash and dry the berries. Mix gently with powdered sugar.
  3. Arrange the blueberries in an ovenproof dish evenly.
  4. Spread the crumb over the top. Send the mold to a preheated 200-degree oven and bake the blueberry cobbler for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
