Ingredients
- 2 large cookies with chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoon, heaped quark
- 4 tablespoon yogurt, Greek
- some cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoon cane sugar or as required
- 125 g blueberries, fresh

- First crumble the cookies. Then stir in the quark, yoghurt, cinnamon and sugar until smooth and season to taste.
- Now layer in glasses. Spread crumbs of 2 cookies per glass. Then comes the quark layer. Smooth it out nicely. Then come the fresh blueberries.
- If you can prepare, then the cookies are nicely soaked. If you like it a little crisper, you can eat the dessert right away.
