Ingredients

  • 1 glass blueberries, approx. 540 g
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 4 cl egg liqueur
  • Almond brittle, homemade or bought

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark with eggnog and powdered sugar. If children eat with them, replace the eggnog with orange juice. Fold in the whipped cream loosely.
  3. Divide the blueberries into three dessert glasses. Add the juice to taste. Then spread the quark cream on top and decorate with brittle.
  4. I make the brittle myself from butter, sugar and chopped almonds. Of course, it also works with purchased goods.
