Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Put egg yolks, powdered sugar, flour, oil, eggnog (save some eggnog!), Half a packet of baking powder in a mixing bowl and knead to form a dough. Prepare egg whites from the egg white and fold into the dough. Put the dough on a baking sheet, bake at 180 to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Drain the blueberries and collect the juice. Bring the blueberry juice with the vanilla pudding to the boil, fold in the blueberries and spread on the baked dough. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener, spread it on the blueberry mixture and finally spread the rest of the egg liqueur on top.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
