Blueberry Ice Cream from Thermomix

• 200 g blueberries, frozen
• 40 g suar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar, or pulp half a vanilla pod
• 120 g cream

Instructions

1. Put sugar and vanilla sugar (vanilla pulp) into the Thermomix and pulverize for 5 seconds (audio sample) at 10 pieces. Add the cream and blueberries and cook 5-10 sec./h. Mix 8, serve immediately.
