Ingredients

  • 900 g berries (blue or black berries)
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • Possibly lemon (s) - zest if necessary, grated (alternatively Citro-Back)

Instructions

  1. Sort and wash the berries (freshly plucked of course).
  2. Mix in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and lemon juice and cook for about 5 minutes. If you like, you can add grated lemon peel or some Citro-Back.
  3. Then pour the mixture hot into boiled twist-off glasses, screw on and let stand upside down on the lid for 5 minutes.
