Ingredients

  • 150 g blueberries, fresh and some extra for arnish
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoon water, cold
  • 250 g yourt, (vanilla yourt)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 75 g merinue

Instructions

  1. Put the blueberries, powdered sugar and water in a blender and puree well. Then pour this into a small bowl and clean the blender. Break the meringues into small pieces, this is best done in a freezer bag. You can then crush them to any size.
  2. Now put the yoghurt, milk and lemon juice in the mixer and mix well. Add half of the meringues and continue mixing.
  3. In two large glasses, first layer some of the remaining meringues, a little milkshake, half of the blueberry puree, again meringues, layer the rest of the milkshake and finish with the remaining meringues. Sprinkle a few blueberries on top for decoration.
  4. Serve the shake with long dessert spoons.
