Ingredients

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon (s), the juice
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 ml milk, (whole milk)

Instructions

  1. Purée 250g blueberries in a blender.
  2. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the sugar and stir into the puréed blueberries along with the lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In the blender, combine 300ml buttermilk, 150ml whole milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and the remaining sugar. Blend until foamy.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture evenly into two large glasses.
  5. Carefully pour the milk mixture over the blueberry juice.
  6. Serve immediately.
