Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 230 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Blueberries – 150 g
  • Sugar – 140 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Chicken eggs (large) – 2 pcs.
  • Baking powder – 4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)

Instructions

  1. Put 50 grams of soft butter in a bowl, add 140 grams of sugar and grind well.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat two large eggs, add them to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
  3. In 230 grams of flour, add 4 teaspoons of baking powder (baking powder), one teaspoon of salt and one bag of vanilla sugar. Mix everything well.
  4. Alternately adding flour and milk to the egg-butter mixture, knead the thin dough. The dough does not need to be kneaded much. Add 150 grams of washed and dried blueberries to the dough.
  5. Grease the muffin cups with soft butter and fill 2/3 of the height with dough.
  6. We bake muffins in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. We take out the finished muffins from the oven, let them cool slightly, free them from the molds, cool them on a wooden board. Put the muffins on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
  8. Blueberry muffins are ready. Together with cupcakes for tea, you can serve jam, almonds in sugar. Bon Appetit!
