  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon syrup with fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), zest it
  • Blueberries to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the buttermilk with all the other ingredients except the blueberries in a sealable glass and shake well.
  2. Open the jar again and add the blueberries to the mixture. Put the overnight oats in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning.
