Ingredients
- 40 g oatmeal
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon syrup with fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), zest it
- Blueberries to taste

- Put the buttermilk with all the other ingredients except the blueberries in a sealable glass and shake well.
- Open the jar again and add the blueberries to the mixture. Put the overnight oats in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning.
