Blueberry, Peach, Banana and Mango Smoothie

This blueberry, peach, banana, and mango smoothie is not only insanely delicious but also good for your health.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Orange juice – 1/4 cup
  • Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Banana (sliced and frozen) – 1 pc.
  • Blueberries (frozen) – 2/3 cup
  • Mango (diced and frozen) – 1/2 cup
  • Peach (sliced, frozen) – 1 1/4 cups

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Pour the finished smoothie into glass glasses and decorate as desired.
  3. Serve the smoothie immediately.
