Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla sugar and water into a dough. Chill for 30 minutes. Grease 6 tartlet molds. Roll out the dough and line the molds. Pre-bake the dough at approx. 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the blueberries, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and milk (you can also use cream instead of milk).
