Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry smoothie is a wonderful refreshing drink that is especially relevant in the hot summer season. The smoothie turns out to be very nutritious and rich, besides, it is useful for the general condition of the body.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries – 2 Glasses
  • Oranges – 3 Pieces (medium)
  • Boiled water – 1 Glass
  • Honey – 2 Art. spoons

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Put in a blender bowl: washed blueberries, chopped peeled oranges and honey. We also pour in water and mix everything until smooth.
  3. Chill smoothies in the refrigerator before serving.
