Blueberry-Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients

  • Blueberries (frozen or fresh) – 100 g
  • Strawberries (frozen or fresh) – 100 g
  • Cream – 20-30 ml
  • Water or chilled green tea – 20-30 ml
  • Honey – 3 teaspoon
  • Ice (optional) – to taste

  1. Chop blueberries with a processor. (I used frozen blueberries, but you can use fresh ones.)
  2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of honey. Also, add 20-30 ml of water or pre-brewed iced green tea. (If you take fresh blueberries, you can add ice.) Chop thoroughly.
  3. Wash the strawberries and chop with a blender. Add 1.5 teaspoons of honey and 20-30 ml of heavy cream. Beat well.
  4. Put blueberry and strawberry puree in high glasses in random layers (you can also mix).
    A blueberry-strawberry smoothie is ready. Bon Appetit!
