  • 1 tablespoon, leveled baking powder

Instructions

  1. Grease a cake pan (loaf pan) and dust it a little with flour, then put it in a cool place.
  2. Melt the butter slowly in a small pan, slit the vanilla pod lengthways and add the scraped pulp.
  3. Briefly whip the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl, then mix in the flour and baking powder and sieve in, stir in. Mix the butter into the dough.
  4. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the mold, sprinkle half of the blueberries over it, then repeat this process and finish with the batter.
  5. Bake at 180 ° (electric oven) on the second from the bottom for 40-45 minutes.
