Ingredients

  • 2 sausages
  • 2 zucchini
  • 4 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some tomato paste
  • some paprika pulp
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Dice the garlic as well. Cut the sausages into slices.
  2. Sear the sausages, garlic and onion, then sweat the tomato and paprika pulp briefly, then reduce the heat, add the zucchini and simmer. As soon as the zucchini are cooked, add the tomatoes and let them simmer a little. Add spices and refine to taste.
